We run the country’s leading entrepreneurship platform - the #1 business podcast in CH, a community of 800+ founders, and 40+ startup investments. Our Investment Syndicate is growing fast, and we’re looking for someone who wants to help shape its next chapter.

What you’ll do

• Investor communications - updates, onboarding, Q&A, votings
• Keep deals moving with founders and startups
• Run the investment flow end-to-end (soft commits → onboarding → investment)
• Make the investor journey feel smooth, personal, and professional
• Bring ideas on how we scale the syndicate and improve our processes

What we’re looking for

• Clear communicator with strong organisational instincts
• Someone who follows through, takes ownership, and cares about details
• Genuine interest in VC, angel investing, and Swiss startups
• ~2-4 hours per week, fully flexible
• Enjoys being part of a fast-moving, ambitious team
